A small room that has outlasted the whole blocksince 1997

Northern Thai has been family-run at the same address since 1997 — long enough to watch downtown Kitchener rebuild itself twice. Their own description of the room is "a beautiful, cozy Thai atmosphere," which is a modest way of saying: soft light, quiet music, and nobody rushing you out.

It doesn't announce itself from the street. Regulars treat that as an advantage.
